Hands down the best customer service I have ever received at a dealership service department. I actually look forward to seeing them when I drop my car off for scheduled maintenance. Due to its urban location, it is a bit tight on the service lot and office, but that is a minor issue. I would never take my Optima anywhere else. When I make my next purchase you can bet I will be going here.
I was having a problem from hitting a pothole. I walked in without an appointment and within fifteen minutes the problem and solution were identified. Everyone was extremely nice and professional. Because I'm a skeptical person I got a second opinion which validated everything that was said at Kia of Portland and their pricing was better than Les Schwab. I'm planning on getting my forte regularly serviced here.

As someone buying their first car, the experience at Kia of Portland was a good one. The staff were friendly, pleasant, accommodating, honest, forthright, and knowledgeable; I didn't receive any pressure tactics or hard sells. As I went through the hours-long process of buying the car, they were completely understanding and tried to make me as comfortable as possible. They also took care of all the DMV and insurance paperwork for me, which I thought was a nice service. They were also willing to negotiate with me on a price that we could both agree on. When I received the car, it was in perfect condition, washed and with a full tank of gas, ready to go. Overall, I feel Kia of Portland treated me well, and should I ever need a car in the future, they'll be who I consider first.
Worked with Dexter at Kia Portland and he hooked me up with not only a nice ride, a 2017 Kia Sorento, but a great deal to boot. His sales manager went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was a satisfied customer. My wife and family love our new vehicle. Thanks Dexter and Jim!

The service department is really great. They always help me stay on track with routine maintenance as well as keep tabs on little things that come up with my 2012 Soul. Kim at the front of service is fantastic! She takes great care of customers.
Kim Savage, in the service department at Broadway Kia is the best. She is professional, courteous, efficient, prompt and knowledgeable. I have no qualms about taking my Kia to Broadway.
